Skins and Marketplace not loading, and custom skins cannot be applied – Bedrock Edition

After launching Minecraft Bedrock Edition, the Marketplace does not load and skins fail to appear in the Dressing Room. Players are unable to select or apply default skins, and attempting to upload a custom skin has no effect. This issue occurs every time the game is opened, regardless of network connection or device restart.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Open Minecraft Bedrock Edition

2. Navigate to the Dressing Room or Marketplace

3. Notice that no skins or Marketplace items load

4. Try uploading a custom skin – nothing happens

Expected behavior:

Skins and Marketplace content should load properly, and players should be able to upload or apply custom skins.

Observed behavior:

All skin options remain blank, Marketplace content fails to load, and uploading a custom skin has no result.

Additional Notes:

Internet connection is stable

No mods or third-party add-ons are installed

Issue started after recent update

Reinstalling the game did not fix the problem
