Grass Block side texture on City Texture Pack is Green

The texture for the side of the grass block when using the Minecraft City Texture Pack from the Marketplace shows green. The regular dirt texture is brown, however, the sides of the grass block are very green. This did not used to be the case on legacy consoles and other old versions, this seems to be only from any new Bedrock updates to the texture pack.

I attached two photos, one is the old “grass_side.png” file from an old Java port of the pack, and the other one is the photo in-game from the current Bedrock Edition on Windows 10, where the grass block has green in place of the dirt, but the bottom texture is correct.
