Achievement Missing to Claim Locked Reward

There's a Top in the Dressing Room named “Victor’s Tunic” but it's locked, when I click “View Achievement” there's no Achievement to obtain that Item.

How to Reproduce:

1. Go to “Dressing Room”

2. Under Styles, go to “Tops”

3. Look for Locked Tops, a Blue top named “Victor's Tunic”

4. Click “View Achievement”

Observed Result:

There's no Achievement Visible, I've completed almost all, didn't see the achievement to unlock that Tunic

Expected Result:

There must be an Achievement to Obtain the “Victor's Tunic”
