Realms freeze after 1 min of gameplay. We are constantly getting the loading GIF and unable to continue

Ever since the update was pushed through REALMS has no longer been playable. I would load into the game and after 30seconds to 1 minute of game play the game would start to slow down and then start to “Lag” then the loading GIF appears and from then on the only way to resolve is to reboot the game and log in again for another 30 seconds. I have tried to delete and reload the game and the same thing happens making Realms unplayable. The game itself has become laggy and slow to show the world around me as well.
