Steps to reproduce in game is to summon a polar bear, kill it and repeat. You’ll see both cod and salmon drop sometimes. The expected result is that there’s 75% chance dropping cod, while the other 25% chance dropping salmon.
This bug results from two loots in different pools in the loot table.
