Stray and Bogged drop too many tipped arrows when killed with a Looting sword

Steps to reproduce is to summon a stray or bogged, kill it with looting III sword and repeat until it drops more than one tipped arrow. The expected result is that they can only drop one tipped arrow like Java Edition

The limit=1 in the loot table doesn’t work.
