cant scroll through storage

its been like this since i purchase MC, i want to clear or delete some of unused (world, resource, and behavior packs)

but i cant scroll till edge down, for the other settings is normal so far i can much scroll it till down

i can scroll barely between the gap of multi select and (world, resource, and behavior packs) sections

i dont know if this might count as a bug or system issues but please help with this matter
