I am/was sprint mining deepslate with a netherite pick that is enchanted with efficiency V and I have been for a while, restoring an ancient city. It was working prior to the 1.21.8 hotfix and is still not working. I have updated drivers on the GPU and windows and up to date on bedrocks patches. This started on the update 1.21.8+
No issues getting into sprint and I do not think it is a timing related issue. I do not run mods. I have deleted and reinstalled Minecraft Bedrock and this did not fix the issue. I tired to loaded a graphics mod to see if it changed anything and it did not. I started a new world and dropped down to deepslate with the same type of pick as above and it was still not working.
