when using RTX with Actions & Stuff and other other packs with VFX the VFX textures break.

When ever I use a texture pack with VFX like Actions & Stuff RTX breaks the VFX textures such as making the clear parts black or a clear-ish pink. I did test if it was the RTX I was using (Vanillla RTX) and I do not believe its the packs fault because I tried another RTX pack but the problem persisted I even tried the pack Vanilla RTX gave for testing these issues and it still persisted.
