Cape Causing Item To Go Mismatched In First Person Glitch

So Whenever I equip a cape on a custom skin

(Rather than Steve Or Alex etc)

The Shield in first person go too small to view and other items like bow crossbow Spyglass trident etc go up in first person

It gets fixed randomly for only a short period of time

But it's a very annoying thing…items go horrible in first person

I request Team Mojang To please fix this as soon as possible
