Skin error in mcpe 1.21.81.2 and betas

​​When I try to add a skin from my gallery, it just simply doesn't show me the way to do it.

I can't import my skins any way, because when I press capes, my skins, etc, it simply doesn't lead me there, I keep being on the skin selection menu, and I can only choose any of the 9 minecraft skins, I don't like it ​Emoji.😞

And, In the beta 1.21.100 (something like that).

Even if it is 64x64, it keeps denying me to choose that skin. Am I being clear?
