Incorrect Flower Spawn on Incompatible Blocks

I have noticed an issue related to flower generation in Minecraft. Some flowers, including grass flowers and the new ones introduced in recent updates, sometimes spawn on blocks where they shouldn't, such as sand or gravel. Additionally, if a block is placed next to these flowers, they break automatically, suggesting an inconsistency in generation rules and object stability within the game.

Steps to reproduce the bug:

  1. Explore an area with sand or gravel.

  2. Identify flowers generated on these blocks.

  3. Place a block adjacent to the flower.

  4. Observe the immediate breaking of the flower.

Expected behavior: Flowers should spawn only on compatible blocks, such as dirt and grass, and should not break automatically when placing a block nearby.
