Considerable response delay when using a skeleton horse

Hello, I would like to report the response delay when the player uses the skeleton horse. The skeleton horse currently has a very large response delay when compared to other horses, which considerably impairs gameplay. In dangerous situations, it is fatal for both the player and the skeleton horse itself, as the horse takes a long time to perform actions and show the direction it will run (its head points in the direction).

To reproduce the issue, simply follow these steps:

1. Mount a skeleton horse;

2. Try to perform rotation movements with the skeleton horse in motion or change direction when running with the skeleton horse;

3. Compare with any normal horse, even the slowest ones.

The expected result is the same as with normal horses: immediate response (even with super slow horses). However, the current result is: delayed response for all skeleton horses, without exception. To better demonstrate the bug, I have attached three videos to this report. In the first video, I use a fast normal horse and perform spinning maneuvers in the same position and changing direction while running. In the second video, I use a skeleton horse and perform the same maneuvers performed with the normal horse, where you can clearly see the delay in response highlighted earlier. In the third video, I perform the same maneuvers with a super slow normal horse, where you can see that, despite having a low speed, the response given by the normal horse remains practically immediate.

Suggestion:

If there is room for a suggestion, I would like to humbly suggest that the Mojang team also consider reviewing the stats of skeleton horses. This creature appears to have very few advantages that, when compared to its extreme rarity, make it only used by players as a trophy displayed in a barn. To be more precise, I would like to highlight the fact that all skeleton horses have the same very low speed and the same very low amount of health. To get a skeleton horse, the player often has to spend several days or months waiting for a thunderstorm that creates a skeleton horse trap (0.75–1.5% chance on Easy, 1.5–4% on Normal, and 2.25–6.75% on Hard, depending on the regional difficulty).

In this case, the player has to wait for two super rare things to happen: a thunderstorm and a lightning bolt that creates a skeleton horse trap. After achieving this, it would certainly be fair to get skeleton horses that are faster and more resistant than normal, after all, they are supernatural horses that appear after a lightning strike. However, so far, we have obtained skeleton horses with weak and exactly the same stats. As you may know, it is possible to kill them with two or three arrows. In other words, it is impossible to use them at night because of skeletons or in any other situation that involves the slightest danger, as they can die in the blink of an eye. Even the ability to walk underwater does not encourage the use of the skeleton horse, as they can easily be killed by drowned people using tridents.

Therefore, I humbly ask that the Mojang team review the status of the skeleton horses. Check the feasibility of making them faster and more resistant (more health). Putting armor on them would also be amazing, as it would increase the chance of survival. They all jump very high, however, increasing the jump even more would be great, after all, they are supernatural horses that appear after a lightning strike. This is a sincere suggestion. The skeleton horse is a creature that we have extremely loved since it was implemented in the game. However, we have not been able to use it properly because of its extremely low stats which do not match its extreme rarity. I understand that an update has just been released and that the team needs to check many things. However, this is an old bug that affects the experience of obtaining and using one of the rarest and most beloved creatures in the entire game.
