"Tears" music disc does not drop with cheats on

In keep inventory I was unable to get the music disc when I should have after multiple return to sender kills. In the identical world that has keepinventory off and cheats re-disabled in the world’s code, I was able to get the disc first try. I also tested this in a different cheats world with keepinventory off, and the disc does not drop there as well. It seems that for some reason in cheats are enabled in the world, the disc does not drop :(
