[MCPE-222240] Vibrant Visuals: All skins appear as Steve

Well basically vibrant visuals makes every skin in the game look like Steve, even my own and this specifically happens when I join servers.

i have this same issue but on pc realms for bedrock

i see my own skin but i see everyone elses skin as steve and they see me as steve

Same issue on Playstation, not sure if its Vibrant Visuals

Attempting Reinstall to test other solutions as I really like Vibrant Visuals and I will not be happy if I have to turn it off.

I see my own skin being fine but everyone else is steve.

Vibrant visuals is broken, it is the cause for this issue in my case.

I also see my skin fine but everyone else is steve. Even some custom textures are also steve
