Inventory Hot bar Disappears Randomly

Found the cause for this. When the locator bar was enabled. Sooooo probably look into that

Have you tried after removing all the texture packs and mods?

Does the issue still occur if you disable your resource pack?

yes I removed all of my texture packs and tried it in my friend’s world and in mine. it still did the same thing when we turned on the locator bar.
