[MCPE-222289] Player's hand and held item blink when recording a video with Vibrant Visuals enabled

When I activate vibrant visuals and record video, my hands start to blink, making it hard to see.

Have you loaded into the world with Vibrant Visuals enabled, or switched graphics in-game?

I recorded the video while playing the game with the vibrant visuals option turned on on my phone(Galaxy Note 20).
