Me and my friends glitch in each other’s worlds.

Whenever I join my friend’s survival worlds me and them start lagging. When this happens, multiple things occur, we cannot open inventory, cannot mine blocks, players in world appear to move slow, and usually after a little bit everything works again randomly and all at once. Also, when everything starts working again, players move very fast to where they currently are. That cycle then repeats again. This does not happen in creative, only in survival. It also happens when there are no Add-Ons on the world. Me and my friends hope we can play survival normally again!
