Vibrant visuals cant enable in some worlds.

I came right in minecraft after latest update dropped i checked and i could open Vibrant visuals in worlds but when i came to my favorite world (its 620 megabites) i couldnt enable. Vibrant visuals option was dark grey and i couldnt press but my playstation can indeed handle vibrant visuals easly in every world. I think it should be avalable for everyone even if some poeple cant run vibrant visuals smoothly that their problem.
