Vibrant Visuals: End Dimension Sky Glitch

In minecraft with the recent chase the skies update I entered one of my old worlds and it had the new vibrant visuals automatically applied to it, and I was in the end dimension with the night vision potion effect on so the sky looks all purple and grainy. But when I drank milk and the effect turned off the sky still looked that way instead of the usual black in the end dimension. The lighting also kept flaring occasionally before dying down again.
