skin marketplace bug

Dear Mojang,

there's a bug is going on with minecraft bedrock and not only me…

there are others has the same bug

where when they want to change their skin.. they cant do it

or when they want to go to the marketplace…

it thinks that they don't have an internet connection

so please fix this

make everyone change their skin offline at anytime… at they want
