Locator maps do not have the correct data value in the /clear command

Filled locator maps in the command menu have the same data value as normal filled maps in the /clear command. Both filled locator maps and normal filled maps have the data value “0” when attempting to /clear from the inventory. Filled locator maps should have the data value “2”, but they seem to only have the value “0” in the /clear command. This is not an issue with empty maps, and this was not an issue in previous versions.
