When I updated my game I could not change my graphics setting from fancy to simple or vibrant visuals its just greyed out and my friend has the same problem but they are stuck at vibrant visuals and they can’t change it, we have tried to reinstall the game but it didn’t work can you please help

You need to do it through the game settings, not the world settings. If you want to change it in game, select the option.
