Visual skin issues

With a recent update we are having troubles with the recent skins where we can see ourselves our players cannot see us but as Steve if we go on to their world they look like they're supposed to but we look like Steve we've already checked settings we've already tried switching worlds we need to figure this out please the skins are not working now they can see themselves as you can see where I cannot this is my world this is where the issue is but if I go to their world it switches that's the issue
