Terrible lag with multiple happy ghasts

Whenever I have happy ghasts by me a loaded in a chunk with me, the games starts lagging really bad, when you eat food it doesn’t do anything for a bit, opening a container/chest takes a while all while the happy ghasts are loaded in, it only stops when I leave the near chunks. I don’t know if this happens with only one ghast but having 3 is miserable
