Vibrant Visuals glitch: black lines at water surface when you are submerged

With vibrant visuals enabled, if you dive underwater and look to the surface you can see a grid of glitched black lines.

I have a Geforce RTX 5070, and Game Ready drivers 176.80.

I’ve tried to change some settings but the glitched lines persist.
