[MCPE-22277] Settings reset to default

I'm not sure what exactly is triggering this. My settings reset in a really short time after i change them. Global Resources, normal settings they turn to default after doing stuff like entering a world. I suspect changed settings are not saved for some reason. I use External storage option. Maps are saved fine.

To me this started with 1.1 it didn't happen on 1.1 builds or 1.0.6 (didn't try 1.0.7 to 1.0.9, they released after the 1.1 builds). Also that issue says they reset on reopening app. To me it resets for stuff like entering worlds, restarting app is not necessary.
