Error with the Actions and Stuff texture pack

I have tried to play in various worlds and realms where I had the actions and stuff add-on loaded, however the textures do not load and only let me see the animations, this happens to several of us both on xbox and windows bedrock (without having vibrant visuals activated). Also, when starting the game I always get the screen reader pop-up screen no matter how many times I deactivate it.
