Vibrant visuals option disappears every once in a while

Every once in a while, i try to just log into my main world and i see that vibrant visuals has been disabled, despite being enabled the day before. I go into video settings and it just doesn't allow me to switch it back on as it is all greyed out, no matter what i try to do. I have tried resetting my pc or just leaving and rejoining Minecraft, but it just doesn't work, until i get lucky and it randomly switches back on.
