Game music plays from a fixed location instead of globally

The in-game background music no longer plays globally. Instead, it behaves as if it's coming from a specific "phantom block" or location. When the music starts, it plays from the exact spot where the player was at that moment. If the player moves away, turns their back, or changes direction, the music fades or completely disappears, as if it's bound to that block.

This greatly impacts the gameplay experience, since the music should play globally and consistently as it did before, allowing players to enjoy it while exploring or building without being forced to stay near one area or face a specific direction.
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Enter a Minecraft Bedrock world on Windows.

  2. Wait for the background music to start playing in a world.

  3. Move away from the spot where you were when the music began.

  4. Notice that the music fades or disappears.

  5. Try facing different directions — you’ll hear the music only when looking towards the original position.

Expected Result:
The background music should play globally and consistently, regardless of the player's position or orientation.

Observed Result:
The music plays from a fixed point in the world. If the player moves or looks away, it fades out or vanishes entirely.

Same thing on Xbox Series X, thanks for reported it.

Does the issue still occur if you disable your resource packs and/or behavior packs?
