On my Xbox One X I am unable to get past the Start screen of the game. The game starts up properly but when it tries to log into my Xbox account I get an error message. The current error code is Obsidian but it changes occasionally with the error text remaining the same. The error text says there is an issue logging into my Microsoft account. I have tried every solution listed on this page:

Other steps I have tried:
Removing my Microsoft account from the Xbox
Completely resetting the Xbox
Uninstalling the Minecraft app
Trying the Minecraft Preview app
After all of these steps and many others I am still receiving the same error code when I try to play this game.
Interesting to note, I can play Minecraft on my PC using the same Microsoft account without issue. I can play any other game on my Xbox One X that requires a Microsoft account without issue.

I have the same issue as Ryan McDonald. I tried everything like how he listed. It doesn’t let me click on nothing. Every time I click on Play, Settings, Market Place, Sign In, the two little buttons under Sign In, and Dressing Room. It always pops up the Error Message Obsidian. If anybody knows how to resolve this issue, please let me know because I'm getting sick and tired of this.
