Texture pack skies are not working with the arrival of 1.21.90

I want to report a very bad bug that is occurring with the arrival of 1.21.90, basically, the skybox and custom cubemaps of the textures are not working, most likely with some change in graphic settings or something like that, and this is very bad, very bad, the textures simply do not change the skies, fix this please :(
