glitching blocks and lagging doors

when breaking blocks, the blocks don’t show you actually breaking them and when you do break them the blocks you should be able to pick up float up to the sky and then come back down and you have a hard time picking them up additionally when placing blocks it glitches and places it then immediately removes it and sometimes the missing block won’t go back into your inventory so your wasting blocks. doors are SUPER laggy even with pressure plates i stand on the pressure plates or try to manually open the door and it takes a delay of about 5-10 seconds for the doors to open if they even do at all. also been a couple problems with multiplayer even when not on split screen, becomes extremely laggy and not playable. thank you for your help
