Happy Ghast

i can feel the different between island with and without happy ghast, the one that have happy ghast around it makes me laggy so much like when i cut down a tree the block slowly go down while when there is no happy ghast its fall normally, even i have 20 cow inside the water with bubble it doesn’t makes me that laggy when there is only 1 happy ghast around me, is it because my platform or something?
