Inventory scroll issue

Description
I noticed that when opening the inventory and swiping up or down, sometimes the scroll gets stuck in an unwanted position, preventing the player from viewing or selecting the desired item. This has been happening since previous versions. In slightly older versions like 1.18, Minecraft Bedrock didn’t have this problem — the scroll worked smoothly without getting stuck.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Open Minecraft Bedrock on a mobile device and create a world in Creative mode.

2. Open the inventory and keep swiping the scroll up and down.

3. Notice if at any point the scroll becomes hard to move or gets stuck in an unwanted position.

Expected results
The scroll should move normally without getting stuck, so the player can view and select items freely.

Actual results
Sometimes the scroll gets stuck in an unwanted position, which makes it difficult for the player to create or collect items, negatively affecting the gameplay experience.
