TPS drops when Happy Ghast is leashed to fence

When a Happy Ghast is leashed to a fence post, it appears to result in a huge drop in ticks per second if it’s tentacles end up touching a solid block; I've encountered this while playing solo and offline. I unfortunately don't have a great way to capture and upload his interaction happening but it does appear to be fairly replicable. I’ve stopped leashing my Happy Ghast near my base since I noticed this issue and I'm no longer experiencing drops on TPS!
