Happy ghasts are more lag effecive than actual lag machines

For no real reason Happy ghasts (but not ghastlings) cause an extreme amount of lag to the point where the game is unplayable unless they are mounted, then it runs like normal. Or if the chunks where the ghast is are unloaded. this only happens in survival mode (It happens on every world where I obtain a happy ghast(s) there’s nothing else in the Minecraft world that could be a cause of this amount of lag
