Freezes my Worlds

I've had a problem since I updated my Minecraft. When I enter my world, everything works normally, and then suddenly the world slows down. Everything starts to lag except my character, as if I were playing online with a bad connection. But I'm playing alone, and I've tried everything, but nothing. Could you please fix this problem?
