My capes and ítems and skins don't appear

My capes and items earned through events and real-life purchases aren't appearing in my items. I had quite a few event capes and drops, emotes from various events, and skins from the McDonald's promotion. None of them appear, and I had them before and still have them in the Minecraft Java launcher. Please fix this. I worked really hard to get everything, and having them taken away from me out of nowhere hurts. Thanks for reading, and I hope this problem is solved soon.
