Scammed

So today i just subscribed the realms and i got few add on right? But idk why i didn't get some of them.. in the realm setting i check i owned that add on but when i check it in marketplace i doesn't have it.. why is it being like that? And i couldn't use the addon that missing And also few days ago i purchase a skin(160 coins) and normally you'll get a coin some sort like additional coin too or idk what its called but everytime you buy something you'll get coins. So at first i saw my coins increased but when i login next day its gone. I didn't have the picture for the coins issue tho since i didn't screenshot that one.
