Textures got messed up after exiting the game

I just paused the game, then I exited it, but not deleting it from my recent apps, after a little while (~5-10 minutes) I entered back on Minecraft and my textures got replaced. For example, Soul Sand had the texture of Slime Block.

Steps to reproduce: (not guaranteed to work since it may be a one time thing)

Open the game, join a world and then leave the game without deleting it from recent apps, then enter on it again without leaving the world

Expected result: The game resumes as usual with the normal textures.

Actual result: The game resumes but the textures are not corresponding to their original block.

Purpose of the video: To show the actual result and that no Resource, Behaviour or Global packs were used.
