Blocks past waterlogged glass panes can be interacted with

When looking slightly down and to the side at glass panes, the player is able to interact with blocks on the other side (breaking blocks, interacting with blocks with UIs, and placing blocks)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Approach waterlogged connected glass panes.

2. Look down and to the side until blocks on the otherside of the glass pane are selected.

3. Interact

Expected behavior:

The connected glass panes block interactions with blocks behind it.
