Font in dialog boxes is not using Noto Sans when display GUI scaling is set to 1

This bug occurs when you set the display GUI scale to 1 or when the window is too small, which causes text in dialog box appear in Mojangles. The expected outcome is that the text in the dialog should be in Noto Sans font, just like in 2x scale or above.
