Unfixable Lag with Happy Ghast

In the newest version of Minecraft Bedrock, my world is over 80mb big, and when first spawned the Happy Ghast it dropped my frames to below 20, and sometimes blocks I place disappear, and again, this only started in the newest update when I spawned the Happy Ghast. I tried changing my graphics but it didn’t help.
