When using the Pocket UI, the option to craft carrot on a stick does not show up

What I expected to happen was:
I can craft a carrot on a stick using the pocket UI

What actually happened was:
I cannot craft a carrot on a stick using the pocket UI

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Obtain a carrot and a fishing rod
2. Attempt to craft a carrot on a stick

I have that problem as well. It tells me I need a fishing rod even though it's in my inventory with full durability. You can't craft a carrot on a stick in survival, adventure, or creative. Please fix this Mojang.
