Using oxidized copper under a block to create a copper golem will result in the golem not being oxidized.

First, build a cross-shaped structure similar to an iron golem using fully oxidized copper blocks. Then, use the three fully oxidized copper blocks on top to create three copper golems. Finally, dig a hole and place a carved pumpkin under the bottom fully oxidized copper block. The resulting copper golems will not be oxidized.
