This issue began on 1.21.90. Any world that utilizes /Title has a black bar above the crosshair. Occasionally, it will fade away; otherwise, it will maintain its presence. This will occur throughout the duration of cutscenes or anytime in the world that /title is utilized.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open any pack that utilizes /title command to render images on screen.
