Vibrant Visuals not working with texture pack

I have been using the City texture pack with Vibrant Visuals on a realm on Xbox Series X. Last night I opened an old world that needed a texture download. Since then, my realm now grays out Vibrant Visuals option when playing on it. It works along with the texture pack on an old world, but no longer works in the realm. I’m not sure what I could possibly do to revert it.
