Vibrant Visuals not supported on Mali-G76 (Realme 8 / Helio G95) despite meeting performance requirements

Hi Mojang team,

I'm using a Realme 8 device powered by a MediaTek Helio G95, which includes the Mali-G76 MC4 GPU. I've noticed that even in the latest Minecraft Bedrock Preview (1.21.100.23), Vibrant Visuals is still not available on my device.

The Mali-G76 is more powerful than some supported GPUs like the Mali-G68, yet it's excluded. This is frustrating because the hardware is clearly capable of handling the new visuals. The game runs smoothly otherwise, and there doesn't appear to be any technical reason why this GPU can't support Vibrant Visuals — especially when less powerful ones can.
