When I place the black skeleton skull it crashes my game and when I enter the game I don't have the skull that I placed and destroyed

I was collecting black skeleton skulls when I accidentally put a skull and it threw me out, the skull was gone, then I put a skeleton skull and it didn't throw me out, and when I put a black skull It kicked me out right away, I don't know how it's supposed to work but please fix it
